Support
LuckyFork is in active beta. If something looks wrong, telling us genuinely helps.
Email support@luckyfork.app. We read every message and aim to reply within two business days.
If you are reporting a problem, it helps enormously to include your iPhone model, your iOS version, the city you were in, and a screenshot.
LuckyFork is distributed through Apple TestFlight during the beta.
1. Install Apple's free TestFlight app.
2. Open the invitation link from your email on your iPhone, not on a computer.
3. Tap Accept, then Install.
If the link does nothing, it was most likely opened on a desktop browser. Forward the email to yourself and open it on your phone instead.
I am not getting any results, or only one or two.
Two things usually cause this. First, the Open now filter hides venues that are
currently closed, so late at night you will see very few options. Turn it off to see
everything nearby. Second, coverage depends on the venue data available in your area, so
smaller towns and quieter hours return fewer places than a dense city at dinnertime.
Widening your distance filter usually helps.
The app is not finding my location.
Open iOS Settings, go to LuckyFork, and set Location to “While Using the App.” You can also
use the app without location by choosing a city manually.
Ratings or reviews are blank.
This is usually a temporary hiccup fetching venue data. Pull to refresh, or try the pick
again. If it persists across several venues, please email us.
A venue is closed, moved, or wrong.
Tap the flag icon on the venue card to report it. Those reports come straight to us and are
the fastest way to get bad data cleaned up.
How do I delete my account?
In the app, go to Profile → Settings → Delete Account. This permanently removes
your account and your saved data, including favorites, history, plans, and friends.
Is LuckyFork on Android?
Not yet. LuckyFork is iPhone-first during the beta.
The fastest route is TestFlight itself: take a screenshot inside LuckyFork and TestFlight will offer to send it to us with your notes attached. You can also just email support@luckyfork.app.
Beta feedback shapes what we build next, and the picks improve as you rate places.
